The enquiry form

Your optional name, preferences and note are used in your browser to prepare a WhatsApp message. This website has no enquiry database and does not submit that form to our server. When you choose to continue, the draft is passed to WhatsApp. When you send it, your message, WhatsApp profile and number become available to the recipient under WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. Do not include sensitive personal or financial information in your enquiry.

How enquiries are used

Information you send is used to respond, discuss relevant property information, arrange requested visits and provide updates you request. You can ask us to stop updates at any time. Do not send payment details, identification documents or confidential documents through this form.

Hosting and essential storage

Our hosting provider, Hostinger, may process routine access logs such as IP addresses, browser information and requested pages for delivery, security and troubleshooting. This site stores your cookie choice in local storage under capehauz-consent. The preference form is not saved between visits.

Optional Google Ads measurement

If you allow measurement, this site loads the Google tag (AW-18141670693). Google may use cookies and process device, browser and visit information to measure advertising and outbound WhatsApp clicks. A measured click does not prove a message was sent, a lead qualified or a sale occurred. Google services can involve processing outside your country. If you decline, this site does not load the Google advertising tag. You can reopen Cookie choices in the footer and change your selection. Withdrawing consent stops future tag loading; cookies already set by Google may need to be cleared in your browser.

Third-party links and retention

WhatsApp and Google operate under their own privacy policies. Information you send in a conversation is retained as needed to handle your enquiry and any applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to discuss access, correction or deletion of information held by us.
